Summary

• We are seeking experienced and reliable Dispatch Riders to join our team and support our daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and goods promptly to assigned destinations.
• Ensure proper handling of items during transit.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipient signatures.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
• Ensure the motorcycle is in good working condition and report any faults.
• Comply with all traffic rules and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• 1 - 2 years proven experience as a dispatch rider.
• Valid rider’s license and good knowledge of Lagos Island routes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be trustworthy, punctual, and able to work under pressure.

• Salary and performance-based bonuses: N100,000 - N150,000 monthly (overtime commission on each completed deliveries from 5pm).
