Director Strategic Information (DSI) at Kimberly Ryan

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Activity Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Plan (AMELP).
• Oversee Management Information Systems (MIS) and ensure data integrity, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Provide routine data analysis to track performance and inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in Strategic Information, M&E, or Research within donor- funded health programs.
• Proven leadership experience managing SI/M&E teams.
• Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Recent program or project experience in HIV is mandatory.
