    Direct Sales Agent

    Job Summary

    • The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for developing new business prospects and managing relationships with existing customers to promote and sell the bank’s products and services.
    • This role involves initiating contact with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Engagement: Initiate first contact with potential clients through cold calls and in-person meetings to introduce the bank’s products and services.
    • Sales Activities: Actively sell various banking products, including accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial services to both new and existing customers.
    • Customer Care Services: Provide comprehensive customer support by answering queries, assisting with application processes, and guiding clients through product offerings.
    • Market Proactively: Identify opportunities for increasing deposits and lending by marketing the bank’s products to current and prospective clients.
    • Sales Targets Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas as set by management.
    • Product Knowledge Maintenance: Stay informed about the bank’s product offerings, services, policies, and market trends to effectively assist customers.
    • Documentation Assistance: Help clients complete necessary documentation for account openings or loan applications accurately.
    • Reporting: Complete regular sales reports detailing activities undertaken, sales made, and client interactions.

    Qualifications

    • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles within the banking sector is advantageous.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
    • Proven negotiation skills and consultative selling abilities.
    • Computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software applications.
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Training Requirements:

    • Ongoing training will be provided on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and market dynamics. Participation in workshops and seminars is encouraged to enhance skills relevant to the role.
