Job Summary

• The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) is responsible for driving the sales of the bank’s retail products and services by building strong customer relationships, identifying prospects, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Job Description

• Market and sell the bank’s retail products (savings, current accounts, loans, cards, etc.) to individuals and SMEs
• Prospect, identify, and onboard new customers within assigned locations
• Cross-sell additional banking services to existing customers to deepen relationships
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the bank
• Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Stay updated on bank products, policies, and compliance requirements

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in any discipline.
• Maximum age: 29 years.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
