Direct Sales Agent at Integrated Corporate Services - ICSL

I am currently sourcing for a Direct Sales Agent for my client Business Investment Services

Salary: N200,000 Net Pay

Age: Not more than 40 years.

Qualification: MSc, Bachelor's degree, HND & ND in marketing, business, or related
field, Experience with Banking Institution will be of an added advantage.

Experience:

• You need 5 to 6 years’ experience as a Sales and Investment Executive and also require:
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Communication (both oral and written) skills
• Creativity and innovation
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• Problem-solving and strategic planning ability;
• Excellent quantitative and analytical reasoning
• Confidence, flexibility and ability to cope with pressure and challenges
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is vital

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should:

• Have demonstrable experience achieving a revenue target every month.
• Develop and handle client meetings to review current accounts and close sales with licensed bankers
• To develop long term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational and special interest groups to compile lists of prospects.
• Approach potential clients by utilizing mailing and phone solicitation, making presentations to groups at company-sponsored gatherings, speaking publicly to community groups on company’s product to meet monthly target.
• Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
• Sales company’s product to HNIs, Corporative and Organizations.
• Ability to demonstrate approaches used for selling that achieves the desired targets is essential.
•  Create awareness for the company’s products.
