Role Overview:

• We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketer with a proven track record in the UK and Dubai markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored for UK and Dubai audiences.
• Manage digital advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize content for SEO and ensure strong online presence through strategic content marketing.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, competitor activities, and industry insights in both markets.
• Support social media strategies by guiding content creation and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Generate monthly reports and insights for data-driven improvements and campaign adjustments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, analytics, and conversion funnel strategies
• Demonstrated success in growing SaaS, telehealth, or mental health platforms is a plus
• Proficient with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEMrush, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy for the mental health audience
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
