Job Summary

• We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing / Social Media Manager who will lead our online presence, engage our community, and drive digital growth for our brand.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and oversee engaging content calendars, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
• Plan, run, and optimize paid digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Monitor trends in beauty, skincare, and cosmetics to keep Kuddy Cosmetics relevant and top-of-mind.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital performance using analytics tools to guide strategy.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing and social media management — preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, or fashion industry.
• Strong skills in content creation, community management, and influencer marketing.
• Proficiency in social media tools, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms.
• A creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
