• We're seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Officer to join our passionate team and elevate our online presence across Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
• You'll work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and the Brands team to craft compelling campaigns, attract new leads, and turn followers into loyal brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mastermind social media strategies: Develop and execute impactful campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, aligning them with broader marketing goals.
• Cultivate engaged communities: Drive audience growth and engagement on social media platforms.
• Lead generation: Generate qualified leads through targeted social media campaigns and track performance to optimize future strategies.
• Local SEO guru: Manage our Google My Business profile to ensure accurate information and maximize visibility for local searches.
• Connect and convert: Build rapport with prospective homebuyers through effective communication, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Data decoder: Analyze social media data to identify trends, measure campaign success, and create insightful reports.
• Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and Brands team to develop and execute a unified digital strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Officer.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media campaigns.
• A creative spark and passion for crafting engaging content.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills to connect with audiences.
• Confidentiality and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A master of prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
