    Digital Marketing Manager

    Overview

    • They are  for recruiting a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, digital growth, and e-commerce revenue.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing digital channels, improving conversion rates, and scaling online revenue.
    • This role requires a performance-focused digital marketer who understands analytics, customer acquisition, and digital growth strategies.
    • Ultimately, you will drive digital growth, improve online visibility, and increase e-commerce revenue through performance marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
    • Track and optimize customer acquisition channels
    • Monitor conversion rates, CPA, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize digital marketing efforts
    • Collaborate with teams to improve website conversion and user experience
    • Identify opportunities to increase online traffic and engagement
    • Implement customer retention and lifecycle marketing strategies
    • Build dashboards and reports to track marketing performance
    • Strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms
    • Optimize e-commerce performance and online sales funnels

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
    • Strong experience with performance marketing and paid advertising
    • Experience managing e-commerce growth campaigns
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
    • Experience working in fast-paced or growing organizations.
