Job Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Increase website traffic and online conversions.

Social Media Management

• Plan and manage the company's social media content calendar.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Grow online communities and improve engagement.
• Respond to customer enquiries where appropriate.

Content & Brand Management

• Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, flyers, and customer guides.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Develop educational content around fin-tech, foreign exchange, and cross-border payment solutions.

Email Marketing & CRM

• Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Segment customer databases for personalized communication.
• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads.

Lead Generation

• Generate qualified leads for the Business Development team.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Develop referral and customer acquisition initiatives.

Market Research

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer insights.
• Recommend innovative marketing initiatives.

Event Marketing

• Coordinate exhibitions, webinars, networking events, and trade shows.
• Manage event branding and promotional materials.
• Represent the organization at relevant industry events.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track marketing performance using relevant KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign data and customer insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within fin-tech, banking, financial services, technology, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable marketing results.
