Job Description

• We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer & Social Media Manager to increase our online presence, engage our audience, and drive product visibility across all digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and capable of transforming online engagement into meaningful business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Manage social media platforms: content creation, posting, and engagement.
• Run paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms and Google Ads.
• Track analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize results.
• Conduct competitor/audience research to improve marketing decisions.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Management, Operations) to align marketing goals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management
• Experience in sales support and lead generation is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics & customer acquisition funnels.
• Graphic design and video editing experience (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time management.
• Ability to work with KPIs and deliver results under deadlines.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 per month.
