Digital Marketer at HRLeverage Africa

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and carry out all digital marketing strategies, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
• Research advertising trends.
• Conduct market research to inform campaigns
• Discover trends and insights, then adjust spending and output depending on the knowledge.
• Determine what content will reach customer- Assess the entire customer experience across all channels and customer touch points.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry trends
• A track record of successfully managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Previous experience working in customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Fintech Experience is an advantage.

Salary
N220,000 - N292,000 gross + commission.
