Digital Marketer Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping maintain our online presence by working on marketing campaigns, performing market research, strategizing, creating content (Copy, Graphics, Pictures & Videos) to aid in the success of marketing campaigns.
He or she will also be responsible for the website management and editing. Other duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends.

Job Responsibilities:
- Research advertising trends
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Research competitors’ analyses
- Develop projects to create content
- Publish digital marketing content online
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Plan, design, build and manage our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize the campaign based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Evaluate emerging technologies
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
Key Attributes/Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree Related to Marketing, Business, Communication or English
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as a digital marketer
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Work experience with an eCommerce, advertising, and branding company would be an advantage
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and graphic designing skills
- Digital Literacy
- Good reporting skills
- Pleasant personality, smart, intelligent with an eye for details
- Must be organized
