    • Brief the designer on visual content requirements, providing clear direction on messaging, tone, and creative intent
    • Review and approve all content for brand consistency, accuracy, and quality before publishing
    • Repurpose event content — highlights, testimonials, behind-the-scenes moments — into evergreen digital assets

    Community Management

    • Manage all community channels including social media inboxes, comment sections, WhatsApp broadcast lists, and any owned community platforms
    • Respond to direct messages, comments, and enquiries in a timely, warm, and on-brand manner
    • Monitor audience sentiment and flag recurring feedback, concerns, or trends to the wider team
    • Foster genuine connection and loyalty within the community through consistent, meaningful engagement
    • Grow the audience organically through strategic engagement, collaborations, and community-driven campaigns

    Live Event Social Media Coverage

    • Lead real-time social media coverage during events, capturing and publishing content that brings the live experience to audiences online
    • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and the wider content team on event day to ensure a steady flow of high-quality assets
    • Publish live updates, stories, and reels during events to maximise reach and engagement in real time
    • Manage any event-specific hashtags, geotags, and digital activations to drive audience participation

    Audience Growth & Engagement Strategy

    • Develop and implement pre- and post-event digital campaigns to build anticipation, drive ticket sales, and sustain audience interest between events
    • Identify and engage relevant influencers, brand advocates, and community voices to amplify event reach
    • Track and analyse content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
    • Contribute to post-event reports with digital performance data including reach, engagement, follower growth, and sentiment

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field

    • Proven experience managing social media for events, lifestyle brands, or entertainment-focused organizations.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across multiple platforms
    • Experience with live event social media coverage is a strong advantage
