Diary Manager (Intern) at Savvy Instant Offices

Job Purpose: The post holder is the first point of contact for the business and is expected to possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

Job Description: These includes the following:

• Receiving visitors to the facility and ascertaining purpose of visit
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Responsible for screening, answering and forwarding phone calls
• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mails
• Managing the diary and calendar of the directors and clients by arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, manage hotel reservations and flight bookings.

QUALIFICATION: 

• Bachelors Degree/HND in any discipline
• Candidates should be between the age of 21-25
• Candidates should either be currently undergoing youth service or just completed youth service
• Post is open to only female candidates
