Job Description

Role Overview

• As our Graphics and motion Designer, your primary objective is to ensure our customers and stakeholders understand our products and brand.
• In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product teams to design creative content for product, online campaigns, print ads, and websites.
• You will be responsible for creating a wide range of content such as product presentations, brochures and flyers, and animated content for diverse media formats such as videos and GIFs.
• To excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of graphics, brand, and motion design principles and best practices.
• You must also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• In this role, you will report directly to our Head of Design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to understand project objectives and develop design briefs
• Turn design briefs to compelling communication assets including brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and social media assets
• Work with cross-functional teams to produce final design
• Test and iterate design assets across various media to improve
• Create and maintain our organization's website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
• Research and stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices
• Assist with photo and video production and editing as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field (e.g. Graphic Design) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in branding, graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and design process.
• Experience designing for print and digital platforms
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Animate, Premiere, Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro, Mocha AE
• Knowledge of website design principles and user experience best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience working in Agile or similar development methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
