• Design art work for both online & offline campaigns 25%
• provide team mates with creative design ideas 20%
• Oversee,create and produce brand story in form of graphics 20%
• work closely with content and retail to produce offline promotion campaigns 20%
• provide creative design ideas for offline event like launch events, ect. 15%

Key Performance Indicators：

• Create and guide new designs and make periodic updates
• Develop collateral such as artworks display for online & offline marketing
• Manage the whole design work and team members
• Develop brand design strategy and statistics systems
