Deputy Registrar at The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN)

• The Deputy Registrar serves as a top management team member supporting the Registrar in driving operational excellence across Membership, Technology, Governance and Institutional Performance functions, while also supporting the Registrar in executing and delivering Council-approved strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of short- and long-term strategic goals.
• Drive membership growth and revenue expansion.
• Oversee digital systems, IT governance and data compliance.
• Provide high-level committee and governance support.
• Strengthen operational efficiency and institutional performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Masters in Science degree in business, Insurance, Law, Finance or related fields.
• AIIN or FIIN qualification preferred.
• 7-10 years of working experience in academic leadership, including senior roles.
• Strong curriculum development and executive education experience.
• Academic leadership experience and Insurance/finance industry knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to build academic credibility and programme growth.
