The University was initially named Ondo State University of Science and Technology (OSUSTECH), Okitipupa. The Ondo State Government changed the name of the University to Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH) in December 2019.

    Deputy Registrar

    Qualification and Experience

    • Candidate must possess a good degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) plus a Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university, with a minimum of twelve (12) years cognate experience in a university system or relevant tertiary institution of higher learning, three (3) of which must have been at the Semi Management Position (Principal Assistant Registrar).
    • The candidate must be a member of at least one relevant professional body e.g. NIM, NIPM, CIPM, ANUPA, etc.

    Specifically, the candidate is expected to be a person:

    • Demonstrates strong leadership abilities capable of inspiring and motivating team members
    • Values and actively promotes merit-based recognition
    • Maintains focus, demonstrates innovation, and possesses effective communication skills
    • Exhibits excellent physical and mental health and is proficient in computer literacy.

    Salary Grade
    CONTISS 14.
