    Deputy, Head Central Administrative Department

    Job Description 

    • Leadership Support: Provide direct support to the Head of the Central Administrative Department in leadership functions, assisting with decision-making, planning, and execution of departmental strategies.
    • Team Supervision: Oversee and guide departmental staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment in the absence of the Head.
    • Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects and initiatives within the Central Administrative Department, ensuring successful implementation and achievement of objectives.
    • Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing and enforcing administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the Head and senior management.
    • Collaborative Decision-Making: Collaborate with the Head in making informed decisions regarding departmental operations, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
    • Budgetary Oversight: Contribute to budget planning and oversight, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently.
    • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the department, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of administrative support services across the organization.
    • Communication Management: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the department and with other organizational stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
    • Emergency Response Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response plans within the administrative department, ensuring preparedness for unforeseen events.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes, generating reports for senior management and recommending improvements.
    • Vendor and Contract Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services in line with organizational needs.
    • Training and Development: Support the professional development of departmental staff, identifying training needs and facilitating relevant learning opportunities.
    • Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Succession Planning:*Contribute to the identification and development of potential leaders within the Central Administrative Department, assisting in succession planning.
    • This job role is preferably open to the male gender, however any female who is capable of handling transport staff and debating prices in the market can apply.
