Job Description

• We are looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager to pioneer our roofing system industry in Nigeria. Sinoma Nigeria Company Limited is a Subsidiary of CBMI Construction Co., Limited.
• CBMI Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CBMI") is the backbone member enterprise of Sinoma International, and undertakes the strategic mission of becoming the world's leading comprehensive roofing system service provider.
• The roofing system industry implements the mission of "building a promising future with materials" of CBMI Group, and helps to build a "national material".
• CBMI vigorously promotes the development of roofing system, takes high-standard, sustainable and benefits for people's livelihood as the development goal, and provides customers with comprehensive solutions covering the whole industrial chain and high-value end-to-end roofing system, such as R&D, manufacturing, sales, construction and maintenance of roofing building materials products, according to the development path of "one belt (along the equator), two poles (East Africa and West Africa) and three steps (global layout)".

Basic Conditions

• Be able to seriously study and implement the CPC's basic theory, basic line, basic strategy and a series of deployment requirements of the CPC Central Committee on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, identify with the core values and corporate culture of the Group, Sinoma International and the Company, and have a strong sense of dedication and responsibility.
• Have the professional knowledge and practical experience necessary to perform the duties, have good professional ethics and personal conduct, strictly abide by the principles of honesty and self-discipline, and be honest and trustworthy;
• Have pioneering and innovative spirit, have strong sense of market competition, dare to try and change, familiar with modern enterprise management, have strong decision-making and judgment ability, operation and management ability, communication and coordination ability, ability to deal with complex problems and emergencies, and good at capturing business opportunities and preventing and controlling risks.
• Under any of the following circumstances, you may not participate in this selection:
  • Being under investigation by judicial organs or investigation by discipline inspection and supervision organs;
  • Being punished for violation of discipline and law and has not reached the prescribed period or is affected by admonishing, organizational handling, disciplinary action, etc.;
  • Being included in the list of untrustworthy executors;
  • Failing to perform the duties or not performing the duties correctly, resulting in major losses of state-owned assets, and being investigated and dealt with by the way of prohibition and restriction;
  • You, your immediate family members and major social relations have had direct business contacts with CBMI within 2 years, or have held shares of enterprises with close business contacts and/or competitive relationships;
  • Prohibited circumstances stipulated in the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations.
• We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the organization and management of the Company's early market research, product trial sale and market development in the roofing system industry of the territorial country;
• Be responsible for the organization and management of on-site implementation of the whole process of investment projects in roofing system industry before, during and after the investment;
• Be responsible for implementing the index tasks assigned by the Company to carry out epidemic prevention and control, safe production, operation and management, legal compliance and other related work in industrial factories;
• Be responsible for the Company's industrial strategic planning and implementation of relevant organization and management in the territorial country.

Qualifications

• Have English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to communicate fluently;
• Bachelor's Degree or above,
• Five years or above professional working experience in production management or marketing, with 3 years overseas working experience;
• Have a strong sense of pioneering and innovation, and have the ability of investigation and research, scientific decision-making, emergency response, organization and coordination, and problem solving;
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work abroad for a long time;
• Experiences in production management and marketing in the territorial country are preferred.
