    Data / Food Safety & Lab Supervisor

    Job description

    • Manage and conduct the daily, weekly monthly, and quarterly dairy farm data report
    • Manage the dairy herd file (data collection and inputting)
    • Draft the dairy farm Food Safety Standard, and conduct bi-weekly farm Food Safety Auditing 
    • Manage the dairy lab (feed lab, milk lab, vet lab)

    Qualification requirement dairy farm Data / Food Safety & lab Supervisor

    • HND/ BTECH/ Bachelor\'s degree or above with related major (lab & vet & food safety)
    • Has a strong  awareness of industry Health and Safety policy
    • +5 years experience in a large dairy farm
    • Knowledgable in farm milking, feeding, vet, breeding, calf, maintenance data
    • Knows the DM concept, milk content analysis, blood sample test kit usage
    • Good at Excel & PowerPoint and data handling
    • Knows how to use DC305 or similar herd management files is a plus
    • Able to draft SOP and capable to train
    • Integrity, teamwork, and good math
    • Strong willingness to learn new things
    • 30-45 years old
