Overview
The ideal candidate will provide top-level customer relationship service for the company.
He/she should be well-organized and has good Telesales and cold-calling skills.
The individual must be a complete team player who's got some basic knowledge of how the tech space work
Lastly, this individual should be able to sell the company's vision to clients easily.
Responsibilities / Job description
Respond to and attends to customers' complaints.
Aid clients when they lose their way using the platform.
Making calls to potential clients.
Calls and follow-ups to new users of the platform.
Set up demo meetings for the sales department.
Qualifications
OND, HND, B.Sc Degrees or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Canva etc.
Proven experience working in a similar role
Experience in managing multiple priorities.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with excellent follow-up skills
