We’re looking for a passionate, proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you thrive on building meaningful client relationships, solving real-world business challenges, and driving customer success at scale, this role is for you.
You’ll be the bridge between our platform and our users, ensuring clients experience maximum value, satisfaction, and retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and manage a portfolio of Flex Finance customers
Drive customer retention and growth through meaningful engagement
Analyze usage data to anticipate client needs and reduce churn
Onboard, train, and support clients and internal customer service teams
Collaborate with product, support, and sales to improve client outcomes
Implement strategies that boost client satisfaction and loyalty
Serve as the voice of the customer in internal feedback loops
Generate referrals and upsell opportunities through excellent service
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer-centric mindset with proven client-facing experience
Proficiency with tools like Pipedrive, Zoho, Slack, and Monday.com
Solid organizational skills—able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Leadership qualities, a collaborative spirit, and a growth mindset
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
