Responsibilities

• Verify customer details to ensure they match their HerVest account information.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
• Update customer records and information in the system as required.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to customer verification and success
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the verification process.
• Reporting on customer issues and detailed data driven metrics to improve customer experience.
• Proactively reach out to customers and promptly resolve issues, complaints and document feedback
• Report any discrepancies (fraud cases) or issues to the supervisor promptly.
