• Manage property listings, enquiries, and processing transactions.
• Collaborate with real estate brokers to expedite and enhance property sales activity.
• Assist in scheduling real estate showings, open houses, and client meetings.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
