• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of Kuddy Cosmetics - attending to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every client receives excellent service both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person.
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain deep knowledge of products and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Handle sales processing, returns, and follow-up communication.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized service area.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field.
• 1 - 2 years of customer service or front desk experience (retail or beauty industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with basic CRM or POS systems.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics is an advantage.
