Customer Service Representative

A reputable organization in the Consumer Lending Industry urgently seeks to hire Customer Service Representative Who Is fluent in speaking Hausa. The minimum qualification required is an HND.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Hnd/B.sc in any field of study
- Must be fluent in speaking Hausa
- Must have Two years and above experience in Customer Service
Location of Job: Ikeja, Lagos

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customer at all time
- Responding promptly to customer demands
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complains
- Keep records of customer interaction, comments, and complains.
- Any other duty as may be assigned by Supervisor.
