Customer Service Representative at Banodex Group

Job Brief:

We are seeking a competent Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for addressing customer queries and issues, providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or manager
• Stay up to date with product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Communicate with fibre engineers about the pending tasks

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Paying attention to details to ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Flexibility to work morning and night shift, including weekends and holidays
