Customer Service Representative (Abuja) at GUO Transport Company Limited

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails.
• Escalate all exceptions for resolution.
• Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
• Oversee tripping, manifesting, storage and inventory of parcels on a day to day basis.

Work schedule for this job role is as stated below:

• 5:00am-1:30pm (morning shift)
• 1:00pm-8:30pm (Afternoon shift)
• Mondays to Sundays with one day off every week.
