Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing the customer journey from inquiry to delivery. This includes answering questions, processing orders, following up with customers, and working directly with logistics or delivery agents to resolve delays or delivery issues. You’ll also identify opportunities to convert interested prospects into paying customers by providing helpful, honest, and timely support. Whether it’s helping someone complete a purchase or ensuring their order arrives without hassle, you’ll play a key role in building trust and loyalty.
Location: Office address is at New-Garage, along Challenge, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Salary: Basic salary plus commission
