    Customer Service Officer

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer support, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    • If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic real estate environment.

    Responsibilities
    Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
    • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
    • Maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and engagement.

    Customer Communication & Engagement:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Monitor and gather client feedback to improve service delivery.
    • Assist in developing clear and professional client communication materials.

    Administrative & Support Functions:

    • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems as needed.
    • Assist in coordinating property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups.
    • Support internal teams with customer-related reports and documentation.

    Service Quality & Improvement:

    • Ensure client concerns are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Track and report customer service performance metrics to improve processes.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and digital communication platforms.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
