    Customer Service Officer - Abraham Adesanya

    SALARY - 150K

    THE ROLE IS ONSITE LOCATION - ABRAHAM ADESANYA

    Position Overview: The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls and providing administrative support to patients, relatives, visitors and other users of the facility. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
    • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
    • Guide/conduct facility tour for patients/relatives noting appropriate selling points
    • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
    • Coordinate office activities and manage meeting room bookings.
    • Responsible for patient registration, appointment management and patient billing
    • Assist with other administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing records.
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    • Handle inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or refer them to the relevant department.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
    • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Professional appearance and attitude.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
