    Customer Service Intern

    As a Customer Service Intern, you will support our customer service team in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist in responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and learning the best practices for excellent customer service. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting while developing strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
    • Provide accurate information about products/services, company policies, and procedures.
    • Help resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to senior team members.
    • Update and maintain customer records in the database.
    • Gather customer feedback and contribute to process improvements.
    • Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

    Requirements:

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools (preferred).
    • Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required).
