Customer & Sales Executive – Veterinary Services

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service , Sales and Business Development
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and onboard new clients through targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention and repeat visits.
- Track sales performance metrics and client data daily to identify growth opportunities and improve service uptake.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to promote services, packages, and wellness plans.
- Handle client feedback and escalated issues professionally to maintain a high-quality service reputation.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 - 3 years in sales or customer relationship management, ideally within a service-based industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Data-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Preference for candidates residing in Ajah, Lagos.
