    Customer Retention Manager

    Our Client an E-commerce company is recruiting for the below roles

    Description

    • Responsible for understanding and communicating on the health of the customer database
    • Strategic planning of all CRM and Loyalty campaigns to deliver against customer KPI’s
    • Identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue from existing customers at key stages of their relationship with us
    • Increase emotional engagement with existing customers to increase repeat purchase rates and Lifetime Value
    • Manage customer segmentation and set KPI’s accordingly
    • Lead an execution plan with key responsibilities & deliverables across the team
    • Responsible for the development of the Loyalty Programme strategy, implementation, performance and optimization
    • Identify opportunities to grow the database; in valuable customer segments
    • Full ownership of all email execution, planning and improvements
    • Develop personalized email and DM strategy, in coordination with overall customer behaviour

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3 - 5 years of progressive in similar role
    • BSc. in Business Management, IT, Sales & Marketing or any related field.
    • Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns (with the multi – channel user journey / experience in mind at all times);
    • Strategic thinker and ability to offer marketing solutions to activate seasonal marketing strategy;
    • Excellent database / CRM knowledge and expertise in reading / understanding data
    • Good presentation skills and able to adapt to different audiences
    • Experience of managing external suppliers
    • Digital know-how;
    • Budget – ability to manage and co-ordinate annual marketing budget;
    • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
