Key Responsibilities
- CRM System Management
- Customer Engagement & Retention
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Customer Support Coordination
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred: Professional certifications in CRM systems (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM,Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales support, or marketing analytic.
- Proven experience working with CRM software and analytic tools.
