    Customer Relationship Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • CRM System Management
    • Customer Engagement & Retention
    • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Customer Support Coordination
    • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Preferred: Professional certifications in CRM systems (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM,Microsoft Dynamics).
    • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales support, or marketing analytic.
    • Proven experience working with CRM software and analytic tools.
