Job Description

• Interacts with customers on behalf of the company
• Listen, investigate and solve customer's issues or needs by exhibiting good interpersonal relations skills
• Ensure customer satisfaction by using suitable feedback mechanism
• Prompt and adequate respons to enquireis made through all channels of communication used by the company
• Increase company's sales by ensuring proper communication of company's products and services to existing customers and prospects.
• Employ good marketing strategies to enhance branch sales

Job Requirements

• Should possess HND or BSc in Mass Communication, Public relations or relevant fields 
• Must have completed NYSC
• 1-2 years experience in Customer Relations role
• Relevant experience(s) in sales/marketing is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal relations skills
• Must reside in Ibadan
