Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from clients, customers and sponsors.
- Attend to issues related to customer service inquiries.
- Work closely with sales marketing team to generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
