    Customer Operations Intern

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in onboarding new customers and preparing success documentation.
    • Support the support team by triaging issues and managing ticket queues.
    • Gather customer feedback and synthesize insights for internal teams.
    • Support with updating customer documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
    • Assist in analyzing performance reports from support and success tools.
    • Schedule and coordinate customer calls, trainings, and follow-ups.
    • Participate in team meetings, note key action items, and follow through.

    Requirements:

    • Recent graduate (Business, Communications, or related field).
    • Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
    • Prior internship experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
