Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Assisting with the analysis of financial data to identify trends, preparing financial reports, and creating presentations. 

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data, organizing spreadsheets, and analyzing financial models. 

Accounting Support:

• Assisting with accounting tasks such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and preparing statements. 

Audit Support:

• Helping with audit preparation by gathering documentation and verifying procedures. 

Educational/Technical/Soft Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
• Good time management and organizational skills 
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding new customers and preparing success documentation.
• Support the support team by triaging issues and managing ticket queues.
• Gather customer feedback and synthesize insights for internal teams.
• Support with updating customer documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
• Assist in analyzing performance reports from support and success tools.
• Schedule and coordinate customer calls, trainings, and follow-ups.
• Participate in team meetings, note key action items, and follow through.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate (Business, Communications, or related field).
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Prior internship experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist with following up on marketing and sales leads generated through Duplo’s website.
• Assist with drafting and sending emails to potential leads, and assist with scheduling calls or demos.
• Use of LinkedIn to generate leads.
• Support the team in identifying and organizing potential business opportunities.
• Provide administrative and research support to the business development and sales teams.
• Assist with monitoring basic performance and growth data, and preparing reports.
• Conduct research to identify potential partners and distribution channels for Duplo.
• Assist in exploring opportunities for client acquisition through partnership channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Basic understanding of B2B or fintech landscape.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow processes and take feedback.
• Proficient knowledge of using Google Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of full-stack solutions for back-office automation, including frontend, backend, devops, and test automation components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to the design and delivery of scalable internal systems.
• Participate in the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) process to ensure smooth deployments across environments.
• Assist in building software automation tools and workflows to improve internal efficiency.
• Contribute to monitoring and performance optimization efforts using. instrumentation and load testing tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
• Test Automation Experience tools on JavaScript and/ Python.
• Passionate about building new systems.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
