The customer insight analyst will help the business to understand our clients. The work involves determining how to gather relevant data about our customers and potential consumers.
Responsibilities:
Collect information and break it down in a meaningful way
Use the information analyzed to identify market trends
Provide reports to the company about sales trends and projections and areas for potential development based on customer engagements.
Recommend and carry out experiments to help the marketing team test target audiences, products and strategies
Analyse and Interpret data obtained from experiments and recommend actionable points
Monitor and analyse marketing activities data and recommend accordingly
Review performance of marketing activities and recommend improvements where necessary
Find areas of need that aren't currently being met or explored by the company.
Any other responsibility as required by the head of the marketing team
