Description
- We are recruiting smart, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Fulfillment Center Agents in a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Support the fulfillment and service processes as required.
Requirements
- Must hold an HND or B.Sc in any discipline (no OND/NCE).
- 0 - 1 year experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to provide excellent service and contribute to team success.
- Must be 27 years old or younger.
Salary
N138,000 / Month plus attractive benefits.
