    Customer Experience Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Uphold and promote the client's philosophy of Customer at the center of our universe.
    • Ensure proper and efficient customer service experience for clients, customers and guests.
    • Create and implement a plan to influence great customer experience for all stakeholders (Internal and External).

    Requirements:

    • Candidates with a background in any field of study at undergraduate and postgraduate level can apply.
    • Minimum of 4 to 5 years requisite experience in a customer service position and not less than 3 years in a management role managing clients and customers.
    • Candidates with professional certifications in Customer Experience, Time Management and project management have leverage.
