    Customer Care Representative

    Purpose of the Job:

    The Customer Care Representative serves as the primary point of contact between our company and its customers, ensuring exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and building positive customer relationships. The role aims to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall brand perception.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products/services, pricing, and policies.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in an efficient and customer-friendly manner.
    • Effectively resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy. 
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 
    • Educate customers on product features, promotions, and any relevant information to enhance their overall experience.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of OND/BSc in Social sciences or Mass communication.
    • 2 years proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
    • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
    • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
