Customer Care Representative

- Liaising with customers on behalf of the Company
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions,comments and complaints
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
Requirements
- Possess good digital/social media skills to engage customers
- 1 or 2 years experience
- Proximity to Yaba axis is essential
