• The Culture Specialist is responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement culture-driven initiatives that align with company values and business objectives.
• Act as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing company traditions and values.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies, including surveys and feedback initiatives.
• Organize team-building activities, company events, and recognition programs.
• Drive DEI initiatives that promote inclusivity and fairness in the workplace.
• Ensure HR policies and programs reflect cultural competency.
• Develop wellness programs, including mental health and work-life balance initiatives.
• Implement retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
• Analyze culture and engagement data to recommend improvements.
• Benchmark strategies against industry best practices and implement innovative solutions.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Masters or HR certifications (CIPM) are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in workplace culture, employee engagement, or HR.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for people and culture development.
