About the job
- Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
- Monitor and update loan records.
- Prepare a detailed Customer Appraisal Memorandum (CAM)
- Reject loan applications and explain deficiencies to Account Managers.
- Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.
- To monitor the loan quality and repayment capacity
- Re-checking the funds being utilized as per the Loan Purpose mentioned in application
- Ascertain the disbursed loan amounts are reasonable & monthly repayment within the client’s income level.
- Verifying any amendments / changes / corrections in Loan Agreement.
- Investigating Overdue & Written-off contracts and submit reports to the Functional Superior for necessary action.
