    Creative Strategist

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
    • A strategist with 2–3 years of experience working in a 360° creative or digital agency.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media trends.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Strategy Development:

    • Design and implement comprehensive digital content strategies for websites, social media, email, and other channels.
    • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.

    Content Creation & Management:

    • Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers to create compelling content.
    • Oversee editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.

    SEO & Optimization:

    • Develop SEO-driven content strategies to improve organic visibility.
    • Monitor and optimize content performance using analytics tools.

    Audience Research & Insights:

    • Analyze audience behavior and trends to inform content decisions.
    • Use data to refine strategies and improve engagement metrics.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing, product, and social media teams to align content with campaigns.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers.

    Community Management:

    • Build and nurture online communities across social platforms.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
    • Monitor conversations and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

    Influencer Management:

    • Identify and engage relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging.
    • Develop and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
    • Track influencer performance and ROI to optimize future collaborations.
