Creative Director at Ikons Biomed Technology Limited

We are seeking a talented and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creative processqnd media engagements, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative output. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, creative expertise, and business orientation.

Reporting Line:
The Creative Director will report directly to the General Manager vis-a-vis the MD

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company’s goals and brand identity.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
• Perform such duties as running Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads creating content for Social media platforms including pinterest
• Oversee the conceptualization and execution of all creative projects, including advertising campaigns, product packaging, and digital content.
• Collaborate with sales, and business development, to ensure conversion of online engagements into sales
• Review and approve all creative materials to maintain high standards and consistency.
• Advice and champion activities to boost media
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative direction and design.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively while managing multiple projects.

Compensation:
200,000
